Monthly statistics are published on the quantity and value of landed catch, and its utilization. Detailed statistics on exports of marine products, based on customs declarations, are updated yearly. Statistics Iceland measures the profitability of fishing and fish processing industries based on tax returns and enterprise survey. Figures on profitability are updated annually.
